Selena Gomez wants to make sure that nobody else can make money off her name. TMZ reports that Selena has filed legal documents to secure the rights to her name for an upcoming jewelry line.

But that’s not all, the docs want to trademark the name so no one else can use it to make TV or movie appearances, or release music with her name. She also wants the rights to the name Selena Gomez “fan club services.”
