Emily Seilhamer, of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania is one resourceful lady.
Emily has made a dress entirely out of Starburst candy wrappers. 10-thousand to be exact. It took five years, but the creation is complete and fully functional and comfortable.
The young woman says she got the idea because when she met her husband, he offered her one of the treats. Then he kept giving them to her and then stock piled the wrappers as he chowed down on them.
