As we near the end of the year, I had to share this. It's a mashup of 50+ pop songs from 2012. It's a bit lenghty, but I promise it's worth the entire watch/listen. Allegedly this took the creator over 500 hours to complete, and I'd say he did an amazing job. Enjoy!

I'm a big fan of the OKC Thunder and OU Football. I started getting serious about my health in the fall of 2010 and have sense been exercising regularly to get in shape! I've been eating right, running, and biking on my beautiful GIANT road bike from Schlegel Bicycles downtown! I've lost a lot of weight so far and plan on losing more.
I have the #1 night show in OKC, and it's thanks to YOU for listening and loving what I do, so THANK YOU!! Follow along and I'll do my best to keep things interesting!
