What's good Oklahoma? I'm Frito on the Radio from KJ103. I grew up in Noble, Oklahoma, went to school at UCO in Edmond, and now I live in Mustang...you'd think I loved this state or something...
I'm a big fan of the OKC Thunder and OU Football. I started getting serious about my health in the fall of 2010 and have sense been exercising regularly to get in shape! I've been eating right, running, and biking on my beautiful GIANT road bike from Schlegel Bicycles downtown! I've lost a lot of weight so far and plan on losing more.
I have the #1 night show in OKC, and it's thanks to YOU for listening and loving what I do, so THANK YOU!! Follow along and I'll do my best to keep things interesting!

NBA Playoffs 2013 - We Are All Watching: Westbrook
Earlier today, Twitter and Facebook exploded over the (now deleted) Houston article that accused Thunder Girl Kelsey of perhaps being too overweight to don a uniform. Our morning show, TJ, Janet, & JRod, even weighed in on it and you can share your thoughts there. So, with all this negitivity going around I thought it might be nice to share something cool. 2012 Thunder Playoff Memes
Today is the first game in the Thunder's 2013 NBA playoff run, so I thought it would be fun to take a quick look back at the 2012 playoff run to the NBA Finals through several memes I put together at various points last post season. Interesting that a lot of these have James Harden in them, and now the Thunder will start the 2013 post season playing their former teammate and the Houston Rockets. Hope you enjoy the memories!!
