They say that Barre 3 is where the ballet barre meets yoga and pilates!  My friend and I decided to try it thinking it would be a nice relaxing, stretching class.   Let me tell you...Don't be fooled by the one pound weight they hand you when you walk into class!  Stand here, hold this pose, squeeze this ball, pulse this weight and watch your muscles shake!  I run, do bootcamp, and MMA workouts...I was still sore the next day.  This is totally a class you should try!  Check out Barre 3 in the Classen Curve in OKC or in Spring Creek Plaza in Edmond.
