Matthew McConaughey feels good despite being so amazingly skinny. Us Weekly Magazine reports that the actor has lost 30lbs to play a man with AIDS for the movie "The Dallas Buyers Club" but health-wise he's fine. He's eating small ammounts of lean protein and being supervised by a doctor.
